سازمان حقوقی کانادا CART تاکید کرد:
اتهامات بی پایه و اساس در پرونده محمد علی طاهری
در ماه های اخیر، علاوه بر پیش بینی و اظهار نگرانی سازمان #عفوبین‌المل در خصوص احتمال حکم اعدام برای محمد علی طاهرى، #سازمان‌حقوقی‌کانادا (CART) نیز ابراز نگرانی کرده و اتهامات مندرج در پرونده محمدعلی طاهری را اتهامات واهی خوانده بود.
این سازمان نوشته محمد علی طاهری معلم، دکتر، محقق و نویسنده ای ایرانی است که نظریاتش رویکرد علمی به معنویت را منعکس می کند و در این بین اتهاماتی چون توهین به مقدسات یا فساد فی الارض در مورد وی پایه های محکم و منتطقی ندارد. اتهاماتی که در صورت تایید در دادگاه برای وی حکم اعدام خواهد داشت.

Mohammad Ali Taheri is a teacher, doctor, scientist and author from Iran who has proposed theories and practices dealing with spirituality from the perspective of science. The Iranian government arrested M. Taheri, and accused him of the following charges
1. Insult to the Iranian sanctities
2. Illegal teaching
3. Promotion of acts against Islam
If the judge decides so, the sentence against M. Taheri can well be one of death penalty. The authorities from Iran have not given any detail concerning Dr. Taheri’s legal status. On the other hand, none of the above accusations have a solid and rational foundation. Which is why CART has decided to take on M. Taheri’s case as a probable case of wrongfully accused person
